Terms of service.
This document outlines the non-negotiable terms of service for all strategic advisory engagements with In Good Company, LLC ("The Advisory"). By initiating The Strategic Diagnostic™, you ("The Client") are agreeing to these terms in full. This is a professional, high-stakes engagement, and these terms are designed to ensure a ruthless focus on strategic outcomes.The Sections:
1. The Nature of the Engagement
The Advisory provides strategic, diagnostic, and architectural services. We do not provide tactical creative execution (e.g., graphic design, web development) unless specified in a separate, subsequent agreement. The Client is engaging The Advisory for its proprietary intellectual property, strategic insights, and documented deliverables.
2. The Strategic Diagnostic™
This is a mandatory, prepaid, 90-minute strategic intervention. The investment of $2,500 is non-refundable and secures a firm commitment. The deliverable is The Brand Architecture Blueprint™, a formal strategic document. The Advisory's obligation for this initial engagement is complete upon the successful delivery of this blueprint.
3. Scheduling & Punctuality
Time is our most valuable asset. All sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. A minimum of 48 business hours' notice is required to reschedule a session. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of the session. We are a command structure, not a committee; punctuality and preparedness are expected.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared by The Client during the engagement will be held in the strictest confidence. The Advisory's status as a "Confidential Brand Advisor" is paramount. Likewise, The Advisory's proprietary frameworks, processes, and the contents of The Brand Architecture Blueprint™ are the exclusive intellectual property of The Advisory and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without express written consent.
5. The Nature of the Advice
The Advisory provides strategic guidance based on two decades of institutional experience. The ultimate responsibility for the implementation and outcome of this strategic advice rests with The Client. We architect the battle plan; you are responsible for winning the war.
6. The Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
